THE JAIL

The "Bastille du Prairie," that other staple of a boisterous community. Printed as if built of fieldstone (photo shown does not match), THIS Jail is fortress! A front and back door, heavy wooden shutters--with firing slits--are provided for all three windows which can be installed open or closed, as you prefer. There are four cells indicated (provide your own steel pin for bars), and the flat wooden plank roof has high stone walls all around, complete with crenellations, making the whole place defensible from the toughest outlaw gang to the meanest lynch mob!

THE SCHOOLHOUSE

For a maturing town or settled farming community, the original " Little Red Schoolhouse" with painted clapboard walls, wood shingle gabled roof, front and back doors, bell tower, and outhouse. A small bell (from the local crafts store) hangs in the tower. There is even appropriate juvenile graffiti on its back wall and the outhouse!
